Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and statements
  • Identify and document weaknesses in accounting systems
  • Research and analyze client, industry, and technical matters
  • Prepare workpapers
  • Communicate with clients and engagement teams
  • Identify potential areas for improvement
  • Update managers and partners on job status

Salary

  • The estimated total pay range for a Senior Audit Accountant at the firm is $101,000 $138,000 per year
  • The average base salary is $105,000 per year
  • The average additional pay is $12,000 per year

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting in audit or assurance
  • Experience in supervising Audit staff professionals
  • Demonstrate understanding of applicable U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement
