What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor with 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, strong knowledge of 3-way match processes, excellent Excel skills, and proven ability to lead and support a team. You'll oversee daily AP operations, manage high-volume invoice processing (including farming operations, raw materials, packaging, freight, and services), ensure accurate reconciliations and payments, mentor AP staff, and drive process improvements in a dynamic agricultural and manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including processing high-volume invoices for farming operations, raw materials, packaging, freight, and services
- Manage weekly check runs, perform reconciliations and review and resolve 3-way match exceptions
- Prepare AP accruals, monthly account reconciliations, KPI reports, and support month-end close processes
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to AP Specialists while acting as the primary escalation point for internal departments and vendors
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Receiving, and Treasury teams to resolve vendor discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
- Support audits, ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
