The Software Test Engineer will have the following key responsabilities and tasks

• Development of SW tests for complex system and component functions for the control and regulation of control of systems in commercial vehicles in the field of e-mobility
• Analysing software specifications and developing test specifications for system and component function tests
• Further development and maintenance of test tools
• Carrying out manual and/or automatic tests based on test specifications
• Carrying out reviews of test specifications and participating in reviews of software requirement specifications

Qualifications

• Object-orientated thinking and sound knowledge of 'C' or 'C++'
• 2 years experience working as sw test engineer is a Plus
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work according to existing development processes (SPICE, VModel)
• Experience in embedded development / testing of software in the automotive sector
• Knowledge of the test tools CANoe or CANalyzer, VectorCAST / C++ and the scripting language
• Knowledge of CAPL is desirable
• Experience with tools for version management, UML, error tracking round off your profile
• Fluent English (writen and spoken) is mandatory and German is a Plus
