By tracking and analyzing millions of consumer signals, our Artificial Intelligence delivers high-intent buyers directly to dealerships. Dealers receive these leads at no upfront cost and only pay on a performance basis when a sale is made.

This role is a 50:50 blend of customer-facing and technical-facing responsibilities. You’ll lead onboarding for new clients, map data fields across systems, and build documentation that ensures a smooth and scalable experience. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to refine SOPs and improve onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Conduct data mapping between client systems and ReigniteIQ’s platform (field-to-field)

  • Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation for onboarding workflows

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their systems (Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM Dealer Platforms) and tailor setup accordingly

  • Attend onboarding calls and provide clear, patient guidance to clients

  • Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution

  • Continuously improve onboarding processes based on client feedback and internal learnings

  • Role will oversee onboarding strategy and execution, with future responsibility for building and managing a high-performing onboarding team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles

  • Familiarity with DMS systems and CRM dealer platforms

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Experience building SOPs and documentation from scratch

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for field-level data mapping

  • Patience and empathy when working with clients of varying technical backgrounds

  • Comfortable working with remote teams and global clients

Bonus Points

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B data platforms

  • Background in technical support or implementation

  • Familiarity with automation tools or API integrations
