About the job Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls)
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Outreach: Cold call automotive dealerships to explain the Reignite IQ pay-per-sale leads program and sign them up.
Consumer Outreach: Call U.S. consumers from targeted in-market lists to set qualified sales appointments at dealerships.
Appointment Setting: Confirm appointment details, ensure consumer interest, and pass all booked appointments to the sales team.
CRM Updates: Log calls, outcomes, and appointment notes accurately in our CRM system.
Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly quotas for calls, sign-ups, and appointments.
Requirements
Experience: Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience (automotive or appointment setting preferred).
English Proficiency: Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral, or U.S.-friendly accent.
Tech Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, computer with headset, and a quiet work environment.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
Availability: Ability to work U.S. hours
