Referral Terms & Conditions – Let Property Sales Ltd

By participating in the referral program of Let Property Sales Ltd (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

• Current employees of Let Property Sales Ltd may participate unless specifically excluded.

• Immediate family members of employees are not eligible to receive referral rewards.

2. How the Referral Program Works

• You may refer candidates for sales roles at Let Property Sales Ltd by submitting their full name, contact details, and relevant background information via the official Company referral channels (e.g., email or online form).

• Referrals must be for candidates who are not already in the Company’s recruitment database.

3. Reward Criteria

• Referral rewards will be paid only if the referred candidate:

  1. Applies for a sales position at Let Property Sales Ltd;

  2. Is successfully hired; and

  3. Completes a minimum qualifying period of 6 months of continuous employment.

• The reward amount and payment schedule will be determined by the Company and communicated in advance.

• Rewards are subject to UK taxation and will be processed in accordance with HMRC guidelines.

4. High-Performance Sales Incentive

• To encourage high-performing referrals, additional bonuses may be awarded if the referred candidate achieves exceptional sales targets within their first 6 months, at the discretion of the Company.

• High-performing referral incentives are separate from standard referral rewards and are not guaranteed.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• Only the first valid referral received for a candidate will be eligible for a reward.

• Self-referrals are not permitted.

• Candidates already in the Company’s recruitment system, or those previously employed by the Company within the last 12 months, are not eligible.

• Referrals made in bad faith, or that breach these Terms & Conditions, will be disqualified.

6. Confidentiality

• All participants must maintain confidentiality regarding the details of the referral program and any information shared about referred candidates.

• Any breach of confidentiality may result in disqualification from the program.

7. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

• Let Property Sales Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Rewards may be withheld if the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that the program rules were violated.

8. No Liability

• Participation in the program does not guarantee employment or a referral reward.

• The Company will not be liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred in connection with the referral program.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising from the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
