Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Visionary: Create, own, and execute a growth strategy that aligns with Letsscale's vision. This includes setting clear objectives, priorities, and key results.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your role is to be the growth engine of our business.
Innovative Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with other consulting firms, software providers, industry associations, and more. Leverage these partnerships to create mutually beneficial alliances that disrupt the industry.
Thought Leadership: Lead Letsscale's thought leadership initiatives, positioning us as industry disruptors. Develop and promote high-value content, webinars, events, and presentations that showcase our unique approach.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a top-tier growth team, recruiting professionals who share our vision and can drive success.
Market Insights: Utilize data analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and client needs. Translate insights into action plans.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the optimization of our sales process, ensuring smooth pipeline management, CRM utilization, and effective reporting.
Client Success: Collaborate with the client success team to ensure client satisfaction and expansion of client relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a high-level growth executive, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in a consulting or related field.
Deep knowledge of the management consulting industry and disruptive growth strategies.
