- Application Process: The candidate must submit a complete application through the recruiting agency's website or other designated portal. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date personal and professional information, as well as submitting any required documents such as a resume or cover letter.
- Candidate Representation: By applying through the recruiting agency, the candidate represents that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge. The candidate also agrees to promptly inform the recruiting agency of any changes to their information or qualifications.
- Confidentiality: The recruiting agency will maintain the confidentiality of the candidate's personal and professional information, and will only share this information with the employer for the purpose of the candidate's application.
- Interview Process: The employer will determine the interview process, which may include one or more interviews and assessments. The recruiting agency will provide the candidate with any necessary information or guidance regarding the interview process.
- Job Offer: The employer will make the final decision on whether to offer the candidate the job. If a job offer is extended, the candidate will be informed by the recruiting agency and will have the option to accept or decline the offer.
- Fees: The recruiting agency may charge a fee to the employer for its services. The candidate will not be responsible for paying any fees to the recruiting agency.
- Right to Modify: The recruiting agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the candidate.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the recruiting agency is based.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the candidate and the recruiting agency with respect to the candidate's application, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
