Expert Podcast Manager/Content Repurposing Expert

We are looking for a Podcast Manager/Content Repurposing Expert to join our team.

About the company/client: Personal brand

Responsibilities:

• Full podcast management- audio and video editing, show notes, uploading to podcast platform, creating snippets for social, scheduling snippets for social and engagement.
• Content repurposing- cutting up snippets from podcast and editing footage to be shared on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and Youtube.
• Social media management - can use chat GPT to help with copywriting to speed up the rate of content production. Must be confident to do copywriting.

• Creating a content schedule and strategy before any podcast episodes go live

• Know the best podcast workflow and set up the systems. 

  Ideally putting out 1 podcast episode per week plus lots of podcast snippets to promote the episode.

Requirements:

• Must be confident enough to tell what to do and what they need from the client

• Highly organised

• Excellent communication skills and English skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Software/s to be used: To be discussed with the client

Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 2 hours per day (10hrs of work/week)(hours of work will increase depending on experience)
