Position Summary:
The primary duties of the Treasury Management Administrator are to support the calling efforts and development
of new commercial relationships that utilize Treasury Management products and services. This position requires
working knowledge of Treasury Management compliance, processes, and procedures, as well as sales related
knowledge to support Treasury Management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Assist with relationship reviews and profitability analysis for Treasury
Management clients. Cross sell and promote TM services to existing and prospective clients. Work closely
with Retail Staff, Commercial Bankers and VP Treasury Management.
Implementation & Support: Provide continuous client support for new and existing Treasury
Management clients through the onboarding and training process of new TM Services. Assists in the
preparation of proposals and RFPs for prospective or existing clients.
Process Improvement: Recognize and recommend opportunities to improve processes and procedures
to streamline sales activities and enhance client experience. Monitor industry trends to identify new
opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management: Assist with completion of risk-based exposure limit reviews and
monitoring of appropriate exposure limits for TM Clients.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned in alignment with the Banks mission, vision, and core values.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management, with a minimum of 5 years of prior banking or financial
industry experience.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of sales principles to effectively market treasury management services.
Understanding of banking products and services.
Knowledge of banking platforms, financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Must possess a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel as needed.
