Scope of Work – HR Generalist (Contract)
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and coordination
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with payroll coordination and related reporting as needed
