Scope of Work – HR Generalist (Contract)

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and coordination
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with payroll coordination and related reporting as needed
