Inside Sales Channel Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Channel Engineer to support our Outside Sales team and help grow our partner (reseller) network. In
this role, you will combine technical knowledge with sales support to help win new business and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, resellers, and end-user customers.

What You'll Do
Support Outside Sales in achieving revenue and quota goals
Work closely with IT resellers, security partners, and other channel partners
Explain and position technical products/solutions to both resellers and end users
Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies to win deals
Research customer needs, budgets, and decision-making processes
Deliver product presentations (remote and occasionally onsite)
Respond quickly to inbound requests (quotes, proposals, emails, calls)
Recommend solutions based on customer requirements and product comparisons
Collaborate on lead generation and pipeline development
Maintain ongoing communication with customers through renewals, updates, and outreach
Track and manage opportunities using CRM/sales tools
What We're Looking For
5+ years of IT experience in technical sales, inside sales, or sales engineering
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Experience working with CRM or sales pipeline tools preferred
Nice to Have
Experience working with IT resellers or channel sales
Background in IT, cybersecurity, or related technology fields
