Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Back Office Officer to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative functions within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing invoices and proformas, coordinating purchasing activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Responsible For
- Accurately manage and process orders, invoices, and proformas in a timely manner
- Oversee purchasing activities, liaising with suppliers to ensure prompt procurement of goods and services
- Maintain well-organized records of transactions, correspondence, and relevant documentation
- Support general office administrative tasks to facilitate daily operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding administrative matters
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required

Specific Skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, back-office support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Experience handling invoices, orders, and procurement processes efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail, distribution, or marketing industries is a plus
- Candidates must reside in Cyprus and be eligible to work without visa sponsorship
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
