BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (FINTECH)

We are a global fintech innovator with over 15 years of experience delivering advanced technology solutions for brokers, hedge funds, and financial institutions.

Our services include liquidity aggregation, ultra-low latency connectivity, and institutional-grade hosting all powered by a state-of-the-art multi-dimensional order management system that integrates with over 120 leading liquidity sources, including tier-one banks, ECNs, and exchanges.

The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Cyprus.

This role focuses on expanding our global client base and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and close international B2B opportunities.

Promote our connectivity and trading infrastructure solutions including bridges, APIs, and FIX connectivity.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and technology partners.

Engage in industry networking and represent the company at fintech and trading events.

Combine technical understanding with commercial acumen to deliver effective solutions.

Location: Cyprus

Relocation Package: 5,000 (paid after successful completion of 3-month probation)

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 3 years of fintech sales or business development experience

Proven track record with institutional or global clients

Strong understanding of bridges, APIs, FIX protocol, and trading platforms

Fluent in English, confident communicator, and self-driven professional

Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 60,000 per year

Commissions:

Year 1: 10% of net revenue from new clients

Year 2: 5% of net revenue from those clients

Your total earnings can grow significantly beyond the base salary, depending on your performance.

Flexible Pay Structure:

Option to adjust the base salary upward.

Any amount exceeding the standard base will later be deducted from future commissions to ensure fair, performance-aligned total compensation.
