Job Title: Bartender — Summer 2026

Location: Cyprus
Employment: Full-time (48 hrs/week) — EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship)
Start: Summer 2026

Overview Experienced bartender role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Deliver high-quality bar service, engage guests, support events, and maintain bar standards across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, take drink orders and provide personalised recommendations; use upselling techniques.
  • Prepare cocktails and beverages to standard; maintain knowledge of spirits and trends.
  • Keep bar clean, organised and fully stocked; perform inventory checks and restocking.
  • Support bar operations during events and peak service times.
  • Handle guest checks and payments accurately.
  • Follow health, safety and alcohol service regulations (HACCP/venue protocols).
  • Collaborate with F&B and service teams; escalate complex queries to management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years bartending experience in a fast-paced 4- or 5‑star hotel/resort environment.
  • Excellent English; Greek is a strong advantage.
  • Strong cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge.
  • Friendly, professional demeanour and strong customer-service skills.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.
  • EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
