Job Summary:
Leverify, a leading electronics wholesale distributor company, is looking for a professional in their Procurement and forecasting domain. An ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations. He/She ensures quality standards are followed in all activities and processes. He/She further improves processes by advising on sourcing strategies and improvement changes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and track purchase orders, ensuring suppliers meet agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Dispatch and Logistics teams for smooth shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory planning.
- Ensure products comply with Amazons FBA guidelines, including labeling, packaging, and quality control.
- Stay updated on Amazons policies to prevent compliance issues affecting sales.
- Conduct price comparisons and cost analysis to maximize profit margins.
- Work with the finance team to track payments, prevent stuck payments, and manage financial risk.
- Proactively address procurement risks such as supplier delays, brand restrictions, and payment disputes.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to stuck payments, damaged goods, and fraudulent suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA policies and sourcing from the USA & EU market would be a plus.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and risk management.
- Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
