  • Platform Management: Oversee daily social media activity, schedule and publish posts, and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects Leylatys warmth and hospitality.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance through analytics tools, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
  • Brand Reputation: Track customer sentiment and help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), creativity, time management, strategic thinking, and proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
