Position Overview
Leylaty Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Administrator to manage, implement, and support IT infrastructure and systems across our Riyadh operations. This role will oversee the complete technology environment, including network infrastructure, surveillance systems, access control, data room operations, Wi-Fi, and end-user support for our restaurant, catering services, and warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows platforms, Active Directory, ERP, Oracle Hospitality applications, networking, and IT security, ensuring smooth daily operations and reliable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Oversee setup and management of the data room, servers, storage, and backups.
Implement and manage surveillance (CCTV) and security access control systems.
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and ADFS.
Monitor system performance, apply patches/updates, and ensure system availability.
Implement IT security standards and monitor for vulnerabilities.
Provide administration and support for Oracle Symphony POS, Oracle Sales & Catering, and other hospitality applications.
Troubleshoot system integration issues and ensure smooth application functionality.
Handle daily IT service requests, incidents, and escalations from Riyadh users.
Provide technical support for restaurant, catering, and warehouse operations.
Conduct user training and create documentation for IT procedures.
Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
Monitor network traffic, enforce security policies, and ensure data protection compliance.
Conduct regular system and security audits.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in hospitality or retail industry.
Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, ADFS.
Knowledge in Networking (Cisco / HP / Aruba preferred).
Experience with Surveillance & access control systems.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Symphony POS, Oracle Sales & Catering (advantage).
Knowledge of hospitality applications and IT security practices.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple business units.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator
Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Networking)
CompTIA Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification
