They are seeking an Organizational Coach who is passionate about supporting individuals and teams through meaningful development, transformation, and change. This role involves partnering leaders and organizations through coaching, facilitation, and developmental interventions that enhance self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong interpersonal presence, facilitation skills, and a genuine interest in human and organizational development. Candidates with coaching certifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and team coaching support to leaders and professionals
• Facilitate workshops, leadership conversations, and developmental programmes
• Partner clients to understand organizational and people-related challenges
• Support leadership, communication, team effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives
• Contribute to programme design and organizational development interventions
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and participants

Requirements

• Certification from an ICF-accredited coaching programme or equivalent coaching credentials preferred
• Experience in coaching, facilitation, leadership development, organizational development, HR, consulting, or related fields
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to facilitate reflective and developmental conversations
• Open-mindedness towards diverse developmental methodologies and experiential learning approaches, including mindfulness-based interventions
• Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments
• Self-aware, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning
