Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our spa. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, welcome clients warmly, and support smooth daily spa activities while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients professionally and create a warm, relaxing first impression.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.

  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic cash or POS transactions.
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Address client complaints or escalate issues appropriately.

  • Promote spa services, packages, and promotions to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND (relevant qualification is an advantage).

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service officer (spa or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills (booking software, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office).
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
