Spa Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments while creating a relaxing, professional, and memorable experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, scrubs, and wraps according to spa standards.
• Conduct professional client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and health considerations.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, wellness programs, and spa products to clients.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room at all times.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.

• Accurately record client treatment notes and feedback where required.

• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily spa operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification or professional training as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Beauty Therapist.
• Minimum of [1–3] years relevant experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa (an advantage).
• Knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa therapies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
