We are seeking a Program Associate in the Sustainable Development Department at Brgy. Duyan-Duyan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.

Job Summary:

• The Program Associate liaises closely with partners project representative/s or stakeholder/s.
• Responsible for the preparation of requests for project implementation and training, and coordination. 
• He/She assists in financial reporting, liquidation and reimbursement, etc., and preparation of logistical needs of the projects to ensure proper compliance with monitoring protocols. 
• He/ she supports the Program Supervisor in establishing and maintaining the LBMF partnerships under SDD.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in community development/ social studies or, business management, finance /accounting or related field of study.
2. Willing to travel for project site visits as needed.
