We are seeking Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.
Job Summary:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support study set-up and validation activities to ensure laboratory databases meet protocol, customer, and regulatory requirements
- Configure and maintain project databases within Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Research and resolve set-up issues by collaborating with laboratory colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the set-up lifecycle
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Setup Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate planning, handover, and internal meetings to support smooth project execution
- Assist with protocol amendments, database design requirements, and project timelines
What We Are Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems and laboratory database configuration
- Understanding of laboratory processes, study set-up workflows, and validation activities
- Proficiency in standard computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $51,800.00 - $108,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
