Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading mental health providers, working privately and with the NHS to support individuals and families through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Our patient focused approach is supported by a growing team who keep our services running smoothly every day.

In this role, you’ll work across 2–3 cross functional squads, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and operational teams to ensure priorities are clear, collaboration is strong, and value is delivered at pace. You’ll be the link between product, engineering and the wider business — removing blockers, embedding change and championing continuous improvement.

You’ll join a mission driven, collaborative team working on products with real impact. Expect autonomy, support from experienced leaders, and the chance to influence how we scale our delivery practices as we grow.
