Job Overview

Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision.

Essential Functions

  • Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
  • Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
  • Develops and implements solution validation plans.
  • Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
  • Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
  • Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
  • Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.
  • Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
  • Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
  • Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations.
  • Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
  • Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements

Pref

  • Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req
  • Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref
  • Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate
