Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Java Developers to join our remote development team. This role is ideal for early-career programmers who are passionate about building scalable web applications and eager to grow in a dynamic, product-driven environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable Java-based web applications.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define application objectives and functionality in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle.
- Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing Java applications.

Required Skills Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Java, Core Java, J2EE
- Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate
- MySQL and relational database design
- Frontend technologies: HTML, JavaScript, JQuery
- Understanding of web development principles and RESTful services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Preferred Traits
- Exposure to eCommerce or eProcurement platforms.
- Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and user-centric design.
