Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Generating and checking P&IDs for plant Utilities like Chilled water, Hot water, Compressed air, LDO, HSD, Nitrogen, Cooling water, Factory steam, Laboratory gases etc.
  • Drain layout including Process drain, Condensate drain, and AHU drain.
  • External services planning and review
  • External pipe rack, Internal pipe rack planning and review
  • Utility Equipment packages Technical Specification, Datasheet, Tender preparation.
  • Project Coordination with project, HVAC, Electrical, Arch. Civil team
  • Capable of reading the HVAC, Electrical, Civil, and Arch. Drawings
  • Pipe sizing calculation
  • Pump Sizing calculation
  • Bill of material- piping
  • Pipe isometrics review
  • Valve Data Sheet Preparation
  • Review of GA drawing, Vendor Offers
  • Tank farm design as per CCOE guidelines,
  • Piping Review on eBrowser (Optional)
  • Project Coordination with Project Team and client.
  • Stationary warehouse racking system design, MHE selection.
  • Fire protection system drafting and designing work will be an added advantage

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech projects – this includes Sterile, Non-sterile, High Potent Drugs formulation facilities etc.
  • Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech project facilities as team member.
  • Knowledge of Facility design as per FDA GMP/ MHRA/ WHO GMP requirements from Design to Start-up activities
  • Good working knowledge of documentation required for Pharma facilities.
  • Knowledge of Basic engineering design, parameters and calculations related to piping & equipment’s.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software preferred.
  • Good Academics
  • Knowledge of Clean room equipments (DPB/SPB/LAF)
  • Knowledge of SS furniture and Lab furniture
