Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview:We are looking for a Platform Analytics Specialist to lead analytics and reporting initiatives within our ServiceNow environment, supporting healthcare operations and compliance. This role is critical in transforming platform data into actionable insights that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and IT service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.Monitor platform health, usage patterns, and error logs to identify trends and proactively resolve issues.Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements aligned with healthcare goals.Support strategic decision-making through data storytelling and visualization.Optimize analytics performance and scalability across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, and others.Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on interpreting and using analytics tools effectively.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow analytics, reporting, or data visualization.Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics, Metric Frameworks, Report Designer, and Indicators.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of scripting for custom analytics (JavaScript, Glide APIs).Understanding of ITIL processes and healthcare service delivery models
