Human Resources (HR) Internship in Chennai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
• Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture.
• Assisting with HR compliance and policy implementation to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
