The Role

• Translate complex project strategies into actionable plans with clear timelines and budgets.

• Lead and motivate diverse, global teams across discovery, clinical, regulatory, and CMC functions.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project alignment and on-time delivery.

• Present concise updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Mentor colleagues in best practices for project management and delivery discipline.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred.

• 7+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D, with 5+ years managing cross-functional programs.

• Deep understanding of the entire drug development lifecycle, including clinical, CMC, and regulatory processes.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project); PMP certification is a plus.
