Position Summary
The Clinical Outcome Assessment Data Analyst will play a key role at the intersection of COAA content production, eCOA Library operations, and Licensing data management. The position is split equally between support to eCOA Library activities (50%) and Licensing data management (50%).
Key Responsibilities – eCOA Library (50%)
Support operational execution of eCOA Library activities within COAA.
Create, update, review, and maintain COAA records supporting the eCOA Library.
Ensure data completeness, consistency, and alignment with eCOA Library requirements.
Perform quality checks and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities – Licensing Data (50%)
Structure, maintain, and validate licensing-related data in COAA.
Manage author, copyright holder, distributor, and conditions-of-use data.
Create and maintain Licensing production packages.
Act as a data interface between Licensing, Content, and Translation teams.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Follow COAA governance, SOPs, and work instructions.
Provide clear written communication on data status and issues.
Support onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or Information Sciences.
5+ years of experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
Strong data quality, coordination, and communication skills.
