The Program Manager supports a defined set of Syneos Health Communication agencies by helping ensure projects move smoothly through Boldsky studio. Acting as a reliable partner, the Program Manager helps the team deliver on client needs while supporting overall client satisfaction. This Program Manager reports directly to the Sr. Program Manager.

The Program Manager helps define project parameters, contributes to creative ideation sessions, and participates in tactical discussions. Once project expectations are aligned, the Program Manager coordinates project execution from start to finish, including timeline development, budget tracking and change order management, and routing deliverables for review. Familiarity with the creative process and experience with print production are valuable in this role.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams and regularly supports the Syenos Health agency by ensuring projects are directed to the correct stakeholders and the workflows remain aligned.

Client and Business Management
  • Supports delivery of high-quality work and helps ensure client expectations are met.
  • Builds positive working relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Assists in communicating the studio’s capabilities by answering inquiries related to creative and print production process.
  • Helps manage project-related challenges by coordinating details, gathering information, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Participates in new business activities when requested.
  • Identifies workflow gaps or project risks and informs senior program management for resolution.
Intake
  • Reviews incoming project requests to confirm required information is included (budgets, assets, links, requirements).
  • Routes requests to the appropriate team or discipline lead for resource assignment.
  • Supports triage, intake, and project planning meetings by documenting next steps and helping ensure alignment across teams within Program Management software. 
  • Assists with project status updates and contributes to scoping discussions under guidance from senior team members.
Execution
  • Helps prepare project estimates, timelines, and resource plans with oversight from senior program management.
  • Coordinates day-to-day deliverable movement, ensuring alignment with scope, timing, and client needs.
  • Tracks milestones and communicates deadlines to stakeholders.
  • Contributes to budget oversight by regularly updating burn reports and proactively notifying agency and clinical teams of scope creep.
  • Maintains working knowledge of creative development and print production workflows to support smooth execution.
Key Competencies
  • 2-3 years of experience in program management, delivery operations, or studio/agency understanding
