  • Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews

  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling/therapy sessions

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment and intervention plans

  • Diagnose and manage psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders

  • Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, etc.)

  • Support clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues

  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records and documentation

  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Provide crisis intervention and psychological support when required

  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and caregivers

  • Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards of psychological practice

  • Participate in case discussions, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings

  • Contribute to mental health awareness programs and workshops

  • Stay updated with current research and best practices in psychology




  • Requirements

    Qualification

    BSc/MSc Psychology

  • Valid license/registration with the relevant professional or statutory body (where applicable)

  • Supervised clinical training / internship as per regulatory guidelines

  • Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy

  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.)

  • Ability to conduct psychological testing and interpret assessment results

  • Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • High standards of ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional conduct

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • Skills in case formulation, treatment planning, and progress evaluation

  • Experience in handling adults, adolescents, and/or children (as per role requirement)

  • Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills

  • Emotional maturity, empathy, and strong listening skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital record systems

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and supervision
