The Implementation Specialist will support Account Management deliverables starting at project initiation to monitor project progress, track milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.  

This will include:  
Project Launch Support
  • Assigned to specific projects to assist in creating and organizing essential documents for new project launches.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and kickoff materials to ensure readiness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects across multiple stakeholders
Branding & Communication
  • Create and submit requests through the ticketing platform for job template creation.
  • Collaborate with the branding team to ensure delivery of branding toolkits that reflect corporate standards and project requirements.
  • Reporting progress of your work via weekly status reports to track overall progress of projects
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, branding, recruiting, and operations to ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify potential risks during implementation and escalate appropriately.
  • Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
This is a Hybrid Role with Office Presence 2 days per week, Full-Time position.
 
Job Requirements
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field
  • Fluency in English as working language (ability to manage meeting and presentations)
  • 1+ year of experience in project management or related role.
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A strong desire to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and address issues with a sense of urgency, handle sensitive situations and confidential materials with tact, and challenge conventional practices by introducing new ideas and process improvements.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels in and outside the organization and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an HR or staffing organization.
