Senior Analyst Patient level data analytics

Required Experience and Skills:

Data and Analytics experience:

• 2 5 years of hands-on, professional, data analytics experience with real-world data (RWD), specifically US health care claims / anonymized longitudinal patient level data (APLD), to create analytics for internal and client teams within pharma / biotech organizations using SQL, R, SAS, Python and / or Excel. Excel experience is a must.
• Familiarity with and prior experience supporting patient-level analytics projects such as patient journeys, patient finder, health care provider targeting based on providers patient populations, HEOR/outcomes, patient cohort definitions and similar
• Familiarity with RWD inputs such as ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, HCPCS, CPT and ability to research the same to generate patient cohorts, business rules, and develop market definitions within clients therapeutic areas and for drugs of interest
• Preferred data experience: CMS, anonymized longitudinal patient level data (APLD), EHR and/or diagnostic / reference lab data
• Project management: Ability to prioritize tasks and hold self accountable to delivering on multiple simultaneous workstreams across different analytics projects
• Interpersonal: Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness is required.
