We’re seeking an In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) to support our Clinical Operations team in Turkey on a 12-month temporary contract. In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth delivery of clinical trials by providing operational support to study sites, with a focus on compliance, communication, and site payments.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the start-up, planning, and execution of clinical studies.
Conduct site feasibility and support site selection processes.
Act as the primary in-house contact for sites and investigators.
Perform remote site management, track enrolment, and follow up on documentation and data queries.
Support site payments by tracking and coordinating required documentation and approvals.
Ensure adherence to study protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standards.
Maintain study documentation, internal systems, and timelines.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
Previous clinical research experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
