We are hiring Research Associate for one of our reputed clients in India.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Required Exp: 3+ Years

Responsibilities

To follow SOPs in the facility of work and carry out the following activities as per the SOPs.

Make sure the facility is clean and tidy.

Prepare stocks and buffers required for purification.

Carry out the sterilizations of vessels as per the BPRs and SOPs.

Carrying out purification, pegylation, refolding and filtration process.

Cleaning and carrying out tangential flow filtration process.

Cleaning of chromatography columns and executing the purification using chromatography column and system.

Recording the process details in BPR and log books online.

Coordinating and sampling at different stages of the process as per the batch processing record and transferring the samples to Quality control for analysis.

Observation of any deviations and discrepancies in the batch stages and report to the Sr Executive / assistant production manager.

Inform to superior if there is a spillage, breakage of laboratory ware, leakage of air / steam / water in the facility.

Inform the Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager incase of equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.

Actively participate in the internal and external audits and work towards the compliance to GMPs.

Participate in the training programs conducted in the company.
