The Team:

As an Online Brand Protection Analyst / Research Analyst (Pharma/Regulatory), you will be working with existing members of Global Delivery to assist with the takedown of infringing content on online marketplaces, fraudulent websites, Social Media profiles, or posts and infringing listings on e-commerce sites. Additionally, you will liaise with the Client Management teams to assist our clients in achieving their goals.

What this job involves:

Research, Analysis, Enforcement reporting trends

Analyzing the content of websites and online marketplace listings to identify infringing content for clients catering pharmaceuticals, medical devices or OTC/consumer goods

Online research into e-commerce sites and hosting providers to assess the methodology for the removal of infringing content

Communication with Online Marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and hosting providers, as part of the process for the instruction of takedowns

Communication with client management teams around specific cases, and outcomes and to gain product knowledge

Review enforcement reports and results, identify trends, and give context around any unusual activity in a service (e.g. increase in listings on certain sites).

Suggest minor strategic changes - e.g. shift of site focus, investigative targets, evidential purchasing, application to relevant programs

Handle other program-specific requirements

What you need to have:

Are a Graduate/Post Graduate in any field and have prior experience in secondary research/data analysis related to Pharmaceuticals, medical devices or OTC/consumer goods.

Are a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree holder.

Are a Graduate/Post Graduate in any field and have prior experience in Brand protection working as a Research/Data Analyst for a Pharmaceuticals, medical devices or OTC/consumer goods firm. (min. 1 year).

Are a Law graduate with specialization in IP law (Pharmaceuticals, medical devices or OTC/consumer goods) with prior work experience in a law firm or any corporate firm (min. 1 year).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel.

Possess a basic understanding of IT and Internet Technology

Have knowledge of Intellectual property, brand, and trademark issues

Knowledge of regulatory policies for different e-commerce sites across different regions (desired)

Have strong problem-solving and analytical ability

Work well under pressure, with attention to detail

Have excellent time/deadline-management skills

Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and are adaptable to change.

Are a quick learner, proactive, and reliable
