Job Description:

In this role associate will be heading the Pharma RD industry transformation for Life Sciences value chain.

Will be mainly responsible to building and driving business transformation strategy and roadmap for Pharma client. Will be leading a team of business transformation consultant and partnering with multiple pharma functional teams and cross functional group. Should be able to establish connect at Senior Management enterprise architects and conduct design thinking workshops and events, build and present strategy, roadmap, and solution.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for building and driving business transformation capabilities across Pharma RD, for example: Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Safety value chain

2. Should be able to build connect at Senior management enterprise solution architects and present business transformation strategies and solutions

3. Will be responsible for building and driving customer wise business transformation strategy. Doing workshops, building solutions on ideas, building partnership with the customer, and bringing business value for them.

4. Will be responsible for driving project assessments in Safety, Regulatory, PV to identify the areas of business transformation.

5. Should have good understanding of Pharma RD industry trends and should be able to create business transformation solutions based on new trends.

6. Will be required to do drive account level research to identify customer vision/goals and align business transformation approach accordingly.

7. Should have good understanding of third-party technology like AI, ML, RPA, Automation, data and analytics available in the market to drive innovation/business transformation for customer.

Qualifications:

1. Should have prior experience on creating business strategy and roadmaps and driving it though implementation in Pharma RD, specifically in regulatory and pharmacovigilance

2. Good domain understanding across Pharma RD value chain and insights into PV platforms like ARISg ARGUS

3. Should have prior experience in driving business transformation and creating Point of views.

3.Create business transformation roadmap with digital, cloud, AI technologies - Should be able to do research, understand data sets and create insights.

4. Strong communication skills: should be able express his thoughts in a clear and concise manner.
