As a Grants Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.


What you will be doing:

  • Reviews and thoroughly understands executed CTAs, associated budgets and payment terms to determine payment requirements.
  • Reviews budget set-up in CTMS and notify Central Budget group of any discrepancies with budget set-up via HDT process.
  • Ensures payee details have been set up appropriately in CTMS and notifies Central Budget group immediately upon identification of discrepancy/ies.
  • Works cross functionally with Contracts, Central Budget group, SVT Coordinator, Project Management, Operations Finance, Clinical Operations and Accounts Payable to maintain integrity, timeliness and accuracy of grant payments.

  • Demonstrates diligence, self-discipline, hard work and responsibility in day to day practices.
  • Understands and advises on appropriate processes and procedures to manage customer requirements and expectations.
  • Uses skills and experience to ensure timely processing of investigator payments. Escalate as appropriate.
  • Appreciates aim and objectives of processes and why they must be followed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communicationskills
  • Demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude toward new and/or unconventional work assignments.
  • Able to work successfully in a team environment.
