The Data Reporting Analyst will provide critical support to the Strategy & Operations group with thorough scientific analysis and clean, dynamic data reporting for consumption by clients and the Deployment Solutions leadership teams, as well as internal stakeholders. This role will be responsible for data collection, data maintenance, data extraction, and deep analysis/interpretation. Strong candidates will also be able to collate data from various sources and transform into reporting packages that are clear and easily understood.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance metrics, including field activity trends, coverage, engagement quality, and program effectiveness
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform field strategy, resourcing, and operational optimization
- Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data, advising stakeholders on metric definitions, data interpretation, and best practices
- Support cross-functional initiatives by providing data-driven perspectives and recommendations
- Coordinate across teams to identify, develop, and maintain new analyses and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on important reporting and analysis
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts required to satisfy requests
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years data analysis and data reporting experience
- Strong skill with Microsoft Excel
- Strong SQL querying experience required
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence software (Power BI preferred)
- Python, R, or other data-centric programming language is preferred
- Data transformation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
- 1 year Pharma Industry experience preferred
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs industry and/or biomedical research preferred
