Role Overview

This position is responsible for creation and execution of one DePuy Synthes -Joint recon Business professional education (ProfEd) strategy for the Knee,Robotic & Sports Medicine Portfolio in India for Health Care Professionals; including development of learning continuums, designing customized hybrid modes of education to enable access, forging external partnerships, and deploying new technologies and learning strategies that will guarantee the flawless deployment of the medical education strategies & concepts developed in collaboration with the regional team and DePuy Synthes Business teams.

collaborating with the region to develop an ANA (Agreed upon Necessary Action) for A deep understanding of the clinical educational environment across India and regions to understand Professional Education strategy and execute on a portfolio of offerings / courses that will advance patient outcomes.

• Design & develop customized Professional Education courses for Joint recon – Knee,Robotic & Sports Medicine business in collaboration with KOLs, BU
• Ensuring seamless utilization of digital education tools and creating and implementing courses to efficiently educate healthcare professionals. This includes the use of virtual reality (VR), online tools, and Jji.com , Proximie to enhance the learning experience of HCPs
• Develop a Education Strategy on -NPIs which will is lot in the Pipeline – Making a strategy to train the surgeons on safe and effective use of – Knee,VELYS & Sports Medicine NPIs
