Description

The Country Business Head is responsible for leading the launch, commercialisation, and growth of the Immunocore's therapies across France and Benelux. This role drives strategic planning, market access, financial performance, and compliance to ensure optimal patient access and business success (Non-promotional role). 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Country Leadership

  • Develop and execute country-specific business plans aligned with global objectives
  • Drive market access strategies and engage with payers, authorities, and policymakers
  • Secure reimbursement and formulary inclusion for Kimmtrak therapies

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing commercial teams
  • Set KPIs, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability and growth

Operations & Execution

  • Manage budgets, P&L, and sales targets
  • Use data and CRM systems to track performance and optimise strategy
  • Plan and deliver compliant national and regional activities/events

Market Access & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Demonstrate therapy value to support access and funding decisions

Compliance

  • Ensure full adherence to regulatory, ethical, and company standards
  • Support pharmacovigilance reporting, audits, and compliance training

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales, account management, or market access)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems in relevant countries
  • Track record of achieving sales and market access goals
  • Experience working with payers and leading national-level initiatives
