You have a talent for talent. You source, network, and never fail to fill. You match the perfect candidate with the next phase of their career. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will:

• Data mine across our ATS and recruitment tools to identify candidates for priority positions
• Pre-qualify or re-qualify candidates and engage in interview coordination
• Generate leads and referrals through the qualification process
• Perform candidate reference checks

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 1+ years’ professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
• Dependability in difficult circumstances and a sense of urgency about getting results

Desired Requirements:

• Prior experience in sourcing with direct candidate interaction within pharmaceutical/clinical environment
