What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead project management efforts from initiation through closure for regional and global clinical research projects
• Facilitate planning, task identification, and resource assessment with functional area directors and managers
• Track project progress and provide monthly status reports to stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues impacting projects and collaborate on solutions with team members
• Manage client communications and ensure alignment on project scope and resource requirements
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in a life sciences or health-related field
• Over 10 years of experience in clinical research and development within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Pain management experience is required
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, FDA, Health Canada, and EMA regulations
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience as a clinical trial monitor with skills in initiating, monitoring, and closing clinical trials
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams
• Solid financial acumen with experience in budget management and scope definition
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution
