What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies to minimize compliance risks in clinical research
• Conduct regular audits of clinical research activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with investigators and research staff to address compliance issues and promote adherence to regulations
• Manage system-wide processes and initiatives to standardize clinical research operations
• Provide education and mentorship to research personnel regarding clinical research activities and compliance regulations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in clinical research administration in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of applicable regulations related to clinical research protocols and informed consent processes
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in managing clinical research operations
• Familiarity with the Belmont Report, Nuremberg Code, and International Conference of Harmonization GCP standards
• Experience with clinical trials and protocol development
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to research staff
