Job Overview:

We're currently looking for a Principal to join the Turkish Consulting Unit, reporting directly into IQVIA Turkey General Manager.

The person will work directly with clients to provide value added input and deliver projects built around strategic issuesoflifescienceindustry(salesforce effectiveness, commercial excellence, go-to-market strategy, market access, etc.).He/she will haveresponsibility for ensuring delivery ofhigh levelsof client satisfaction.Theselected candidatewillleadhigh-impact projects,inspireandcoordinateatalented team, and drive innovation across theTurkeyConsulting division.

Main Responsibilities:
• Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and deliveringhigh levelsof quality/added value.
• Meets or exceedsassigned revenue targetsby developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issues.

• Seeks out andidentifiesnew revenue opportunitiesat existing and potential clients – ensures a continuous flow of business from client engagements.
• Responsible for significant and tangible client impact from all engagements.
• Takes lead role inproposal developmentto ensure actionable, on-target andtimelyproposals are provided to clients.
• Manages clientinterfaceand projectteamto achieve efficient and effective project delivery.
• Serves as asolutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applyingconsultativeproblem solvingskills.
Identifiesissues of importance to the industry/clients and works withCoEand Geographic Leaders to develop tangible and commercial offerings.
• Plays a significant roleonaccount planning and strategy withIQVIAsales team.
Maintainsin-depth and extremely current knowledge ofclient’sstrategies, businessissuesand relationships from seniormanagement on down.
Remains current on industry, client and competitive trends and directionsin order toanticipateandidentifynew business challenges and issuesatassigned clients.
• Contributes to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in themarket place,e.g.throughspeaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.
• Proactively continues to strengthen subject matterexpertisethrough on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
• Proactivelymentors, coaches and sharessubject matterexpertisewith othersto elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.

Assumepeople-management responsibilitiesfor more junior team membersand proactively mentor, coach, and serve as ‘capabilitiesbuilder’for junior resources to elevateIQVIA’scapabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

Qualifications
Master's Degree
• 10+years of experience in theConsulting field

Strongcommunication,analyticalandproblem-solving skills 

Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines 

Ability to managemultiple projects, juggle priorities anddeliver on tightdeadlines

Ability to work onand leada team 
• Requires demonstrated experience in leading cross practice teams in the capture of projects of significant size and scope
• Possesses exemplary business development skills
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, theirinteractionand the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace, key people and companies

Proficiencyin English
