We are currently seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Learning & Development at ICON, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that foster professional growth and organizational effectiveness. Your role will involve developing strategies that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities while aligning learning initiatives with the company's overall goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that support employee growth and business objectives.
- Collaborating with department heads and HR to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions that address skill gaps and performance improvements.
- Managing a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance and ensuring the successful execution of training initiatives.
- Overseeing the creation of learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and leadership development programs, to support both technical and soft skills development.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure that the organization remains competitive and innovative in its training approach.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in learning and development or talent management.
- Proven experience in managing learning and development programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, with experience in developing both virtual and in-person training programs.
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for driving employee development and organizational success.
