Job Description: Executive Clinical Training

1) Training Content Development

  • Creating tech training content aligned to QA requirements, including PPT creation for each missed finding with key learning points captured from the sessions.

  • Developing topic-specific PPTs based on recurring QA findings and identified learning gaps.

  • Creating quizzes and key learning points using transcriptions from recorded sessions.

  • Saving and compiling interesting cases and follow-up/surgical outcome cases for training, research, and conference use.

  • Developing general training modules (e.g., anatomy, pathology, basics).

2) Monthly Training Program Management (Tech Training Group)

  • Maintaining and updating PPTs based on posts from the ABR, Technologists, and Radiologists groups by collecting shared cases and organizing them entity-wise for structured reference and training use.

  • Compiling and publishing month-wise PPTs from group learning content.

3) ABR Recordings

  • Segregating ABR recorded sessions into body region– and category-wise modules to enable easy reference and structured sharing as ABR training material.

4) Case Curation for Training, Research, and Conferences

  • Collecting and maintaining interesting cases marked by Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur (Radspa).

  • Saving and curating cases for training, research, and conference use.

  • Supporting radiologists in conference preparation:

  • Case selection and validation

  • Quality checks (images/fonts/orientation, etc.)

  • Cine preparation and formatting support

5) Training Content Repository & Moodle Management

  • Maintaining a structured Training PPT database (tech training content).

  • Uploading and organizing training content in Moodle, entity-wise and category-wise, for ease of access.

6) Training Delivery & QA Support

  • Supporting delivery of tech trainings.

  • Assisting the QA team with trainings focused on:

  • Tech misses

  • Radiologist misses

  • QA-based learning priorities

7) Testing (Peer Review / PIP / Onboarding)

  • Conducting Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) testing.

  • Supporting new joiner orientation (workflow and QA expectations).

  • Testing peer-reviewing techs using case examples.

8) Communication & 1:1 Support

  • Driving direct communication with techs through 1:1 connects to address QA-related queries, gaps, and action items.

  • Acting as a bridge between QA requirements and training implementation.

9) COTW (Case of the Week)

  • Maintaining the Case of the Week (COTW) cases and uploading them to the website after approval from Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur (currently paused).

  • Reusing COTW cases for quizzes in conferences and academic sessions.

10) AI Support (Case Sharing, Validation, QA Case Exports)

  • Assisting AI engineers by sharing cases for training their learning modules / AI assists.

  • Supporting AI validation activities.

  • Sharing QA cases weekly by saving, exporting, and anonymizing cases, and then providing them to the AI team for testing and training AI modules.
