You are ahead of the curve in commercial sales performance trends and evolving virtual engagement models. 

In this role, you will translate commercial priorities into scalable performance strategies that accelerate revenue growth across the Engagement Center. You will apply deep expertise in CRM analytics, funnel optimization, and sales execution to shape strategy, improve rep productivity, and strengthen overall commercial impact. You will: 
  • Act as strategic business partner to Engagement Center leadership (inside sales channel), serving as the client-facing lead for sales analytics and performance reporting, translating insights into clear actionable strategies and execution-focused recommendations that drive measurable sales improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and sales leadership regarding performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and alignment to program and revenue objectives 
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure performance frameworks, KPIs, and execution priorities support brand and sales goals. 
  • Deliver team impact analysis/program ROI; support programs to meet performance expectations/SLA and identify opportunities to improve sales team effectiveness and attainment of program objectives 
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and proactively address performance gaps. 
  • Maintain strong understanding of CRM systems, call center metrics, and commercial sales dynamics to support inside sales execution 

     Essential Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience operating within high-performance sales organizations where results are measured by growth, conversion, and revenue impact 
    • Experience working with CRM (e.g., Veeva/Salesforce), call center metrics, medical/pharmacy claims, and syndicated sales data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony), leveraging BI tools, SQLadvanced Excel, and emerging AI capabilities to generate actionable commercial insights 
    • Expertise in sales performance analysis, funnel management, KPI definition, and inside sales or sales operations environments 
    • Expertise in business planning and market analysis, defining program metrics/team management and analyzing CRM data  
    Desired Requirements: 
    • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial sales teams 
    • Background in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles
